Data we process. The data you provide via the site's forms, by email or by WhatsApp: name, contact details, clinic name and the content of your messages. We do not collect or process health data or patient data.

Purposes. (1) Responding to your enquiries and managing the commercial relationship, including conversation with our automated assistant; (2) managing the diagnostic meeting if you request it; (3) sending you information about our services if you ask for it.

Automated assistant. Some conversations on our channels are handled by an artificial intelligence agent, which identifies itself as such. You can always request the intervention of a person.

Legal basis. The legal basis is your consent and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention. We retain your data for as long as the relationship lasts or until you request its deletion, and thereafter only in blocked form during the applicable limitation periods.

Recipients. We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. To provide the service we use technology providers (hosting, messaging, scheduling) acting as data processors under the guarantees of Art. 28 GDPR; some may be located outside the EEA, in which case standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards apply.

Rights. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to ricardo@novaura-ai.com. If you believe that processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
